BlackRock and Nvidia drive $40 billion acquisition to enhance AI data center capabilities

On October 15th, a consortium including BlackRock, Nvidia, and Microsoft has announced a 40 billion USD acquisition of Aligned Data Centers to address the growing AI computing power demands. Their goal is to double Aligned’s presence in the Americas and potentially mobilize 100 billion USD for further projects.
