At the Investment Promotion Conference in Lâm Đồng on October 12, 2025, the provincial People’s Committee awarded an investment certificate for the Đại Tùng Lâm Hoa Sen spiritual tourism project, developed by the Hoa Sen Investment Group Co., Ltd., founded by Lê Phước Vũ. The project covers an area of 521.11 ha with a total investment of 1.270 billion VND, 70% of which is self-capital. By May 2025, the project had completed the necessary legal procedures and will include entertainment areas, community activities, and the iconic Symbol Tower. While this private company invests in the project, the financial situation of Hoa Sen Group (HSG) is also noteworthy, with a total revenue of 28.181 trillion VND in the first nine months of the 2024-2025 fiscal year, slightly down from the previous year, and a 7% decrease in after-tax profit.
