A company announces a 10% cash dividend after a 660% profit increase

HMS will finalize the shareholder list on October 24, 2025, to distribute a 10% dividend, meaning each share will receive 1,000 VND. The ex-dividend date is October 23, 2025. The company plans to spend about 10.9 billion VND, after reporting revenues of 729 billion VND (up 41%) and a net profit of 34 billion VND (up 660%) in 2024. The dividend for 2024 surpasses last year’s 8%, marking a return to cash dividends after two years. HMS shares currently trade around 34,700 VND/share, up from 30,000 VND in May 2025. Chairman Pham Minh Duc and board member Nguyen Van Hien are expected to receive approximately 2.3 billion VND and over 730 million VND respectively. The dividend plan for 2025 is projected to range from 8% to 15% based on actual business results. Established in 1975, HMS is renowned for various major projects such as the Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum.
