Arkham reports possible US government seizure of an additional 2.4 billion USD in Bitcoin from Chen Zhi

On October 16th, Arkham stated that potential additional Bitcoin worth 2.4 billion USD from Chen Zhi was seized, following a prior seizure of 14.1 billion USD. These Bitcoins are currently in an unauthorized wallet, without any official announcement confirming the seizures.
