Vietcap Securities Joint Stock Company (Ticker: VCI) has announced the appointment of Mr. Dinh Quang Hoan as the Permanent Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors for the term 2021-2026. Mr. Dinh Quang Hoan, born in 1976, holds a Master’s degree in Economics (Finance) and a Bachelor’s degree (Accounting – Auditing) from the University of Economics Ho Chi Minh City. He also has an independent auditor’s certificate and is a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) in the UK. With over 25 years of experience in financial consulting and auditing, he worked at KPMG, overseeing audit projects for numerous multinational corporations. He has been with Vietcap since its inception and has previously held the position of Deputy General Director and been a member of the Board of Directors since April 2024. Currently, the Vietcap Board of Directors consists of 6 members, chaired by Ms. Nguyen Thanh Phuong. In another development, Vietcap has finalized the list of shareholders for the extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders in 2025, which is scheduled for November 7, 2025.
