Solana has announced that it will stop providing software and security updates for the Saga phone, which launched two years ago. This could lead to increased security risks as the device becomes incompatible with new software.
Launched in May 2023, the Saga phone sought to integrate blockchain for better access to Web3. However, its short lifespan is atypical in the mobile device market.
