Two FLC Board Members Resign

FLC Group has announced the resignation of two Board members, Mr. Do Manh Hung and Mr. Nguyen Chi Cong, citing time constraints. They requested a shareholders’ meeting to formalize their resignation and asked to be excused from Board meetings during the decision wait. This leaves the Board with only 2 out of 5 members, following the earlier resignation of Mr. Le Ba Nguyen, the Chairman, in December 2024. A second extraordinary shareholders’ meeting is scheduled for November 11 to address issues such as member resignations, new appointments, and resolving financial and investment challenges. This change comes as FLC attempts to restructure following the crises tied to former Chairman Trinh Van Quyet in 2022, and the Group is also reviving several large real estate projects and has taken back control of Bamboo Airways.
