Among the 50 largest listed companies on the Vietnamese stock market, only Vinamilk and ACV are non-financial enterprises that have an average salary per employee exceeding 30 million VND/month. The finance sector, particularly banks, has set a high salary standard, with Techcombank Securities (TCBS) reporting an average salary of up to 70.5 million VND/month. Other securities firms like SSI report around 55 million VND/month, mainly from brokerage commissions and performance bonuses. Notably, many banks and financial companies reported salaries of over 38 million VND/month, including ACB, Vietinbank, and Vietcombank. In contrast, the real estate sector shows lower salaries with companies like Vincom Retail and Vinhomes not experiencing significant growth. However, as infrastructure services recover, companies like ACV and Petrolimex also report increased income for employees. It is important to note that this average income can be misleading due to the large disparity between executive pay and low-level staff wages.
