On October 28, Vincom Retail announced the transfer of all equity in Vincom NCT Real Estate Company, the owner of Vincom Center Nguyen Chi Thanh, to Bao Quan Trading and Investment Services Company. After the transaction is completed, Vincom NCT will no longer be a subsidiary of Vincom Retail. The transferee is an independent legal entity with no ownership relationship with Vingroup. This transfer is part of Vincom Retail’s strategy to optimize operational efficiency and focus resources on larger, high-potential shopping centers. During the upgrade project, Vincom Center Nguyen Chi Thanh will continue normal operations in non-renovated areas, providing various services. Opened in November 2015, Vincom Center Nguyen Chi Thanh spans 55,400 m2 with 6 above-ground and 4 basement floors, catering to shopping and entertainment needs. Vincom Retail currently operates nearly 90 shopping centers nationwide.
