FLC Group, under the leadership of former Chairman Trinh Van Quyet, has completed the case of “Fraudulent appropriation of property” and “Market manipulation” with a total compensation of over 2.468 trillion VND. This milestone marks the end of a tough period and paves the way for FLC’s restructuring.
FLC has taken over Bamboo Airways and announced a development strategy for the period 2026-2030. The airline has recruited an additional 500 flight attendants and restored premium customer membership tiers. Concurrently, FLC is restarting real estate projects, marking a strong return to the market.
At the upcoming General Meeting of Shareholders, FLC will report on its activities and discuss business strategy while considering changes in the Board of Directors. However, the company still faces financial challenges and the risk of stock delisting if it does not finalize audits soon. Despite these difficulties, current restructuring signals show that FLC is striving for recovery and aiming to return to a stable trajectory.
