Vincom Retail (VRE): Q3 After-Tax Profit Increases Nearly 52%, 9-Month Accumulated Achieves 80% of Annual Plan

Vincom Retail Joint Stock Company (VRE) announced its third-quarter financial report for 2025. Revenue reached 2.251 trillion VND, an increase of 8.3% year-on-year, mainly due to growth in leasing and related services, with revenue of 2.124 trillion VND (up 7.1%). After-tax profit was 1.376 trillion VND, nearly 52% higher. For the first nine months, revenue reached 6.525 trillion VND (68.5% of the annual plan) and after-tax profit was 3.787 trillion VND (80.6% of the annual plan). The number of visitors to Vincom shopping centers continued to rise strongly, with an 18% increase in Q3. Vincom Retail opened two new shopping centers in early October.
