One Capital Hospitality (OCH) announced its Q3 2025 financial results with a net revenue of 700 billion VND, marking a 16.6% increase year-on-year. The net profit reached 181.7 billion VND, recovering previous losses. OCH optimized costs and focused on the real estate sector, particularly in Nha Trang, which exceeded revenue expectations. Additionally, the growth of Russian tourists significantly contributed to this success. The operation of the Dusit Palace Hotel in Hanoi starting May 2025 has generated new cash flow with strong business metrics. OCH also established One Capital Consumer in January 2025 to enhance its FMCG segment. For the first nine months of 2025, total revenue reached 1,022 billion VND, achieving 89% of the year’s revenue target and profit 2.4 times higher than planned.
