SHB announces plan to increase capital to 53.442 trillion VND

Saigon – Hanoi Bank (SHB) has announced a plan to increase its charter capital by an additional 7.5 trillion VND through the issuance of 750 million shares, raising the total capital to 53.442 trillion VND. Specifically, SHB will issue 200 million shares privately to professional investors, 459.4 million shares to existing shareholders, and 90.6 million ESOP shares for employees, aimed at strengthening the capital for business operations and project development. The offering price for existing shareholders is 12,500 VND/share, while the ESOP share price is 10,000 VND/share. SHB focuses on enhancing governance capability and expanding the market. Implementation is expected in Q4/2025 and 2026. As of September 30, 2025, SHB recorded a pre-tax profit of 12,235 billion VND, achieving 85% of the yearly plan, while maintaining a bad debt ratio below 2%. SHB shares are currently actively traded in the stock market.
