Dragon Capital Acquires 2.7 Million DXG Shares

Dragon Capital has authorized three member funds to purchase a total of 2.7 million shares from CTCP Dat Xanh Group (DXG) during the trading session on October 27, 2025. Specifically, Amersham Industries Limited acquired 1.5 million shares, Hanoi Investments Holdings Limited bought 1 million shares, and Samsung Vietnam Securities Master Investment Trust purchased 200,000 shares. Following this transaction, Dragon Capital’s ownership in DXG increased from 9.7351% to 10.0001%, totaling 101.9 million shares. With DXG’s closing price at 21,200 VND per share, it is estimated that Dragon Capital spent approximately 57.2 billion VND. According to the Q3/2025 financial report, Dat Xanh Group reported a revenue of over 1,068 billion VND, a 5.4% increase year-on-year. Gross profit reached 469.6 billion VND, down 7.6%, but net profit was nearly 163.6 billion VND, a 2.2-fold increase. As of September 30, 2025, total assets rose 20.6% to 35,209.7 billion VND.
