FLC Group has announced a change in the venue for the extraordinary general meeting (EGM) from FLC Landmark Tower to the 36th and 37th floors of The West building in Hanoi on November 11, 2025. The West, formerly known as Bamboo Airways Tower, was invested by FLC and previously used to offset debts. FLC sold this building to Gateway Hanoi for 2 trillion VND. The upcoming meeting will review financial reports, dismiss and elect new members of the Board of Directors. FLC is restructuring following significant upheavals, including the takeover of Bamboo Airways and the revival of real estate projects. The EGM on November 11 is seen as an opportunity for FLC to reinforce its leadership and mark a recovery phase.
