Vinamilk has officially responded to the issue of some Halloween makeover contents using the image of Mr. Tho, an intellectual property owned by the company. Vinamilk confirmed that these images did not originate from the company and requested to cease their use due to their incompatibility with the brand’s identity. The company appreciates the creativity of its customers but aims to maintain a consistent brand image. Vinamilk recommends that those who wish to use the image should send a cooperation request in writing. They also wish to collaborate on adjusting or removing previously posted content to respect intellectual property rights. Following this, model Quynh Anh Shyn, one of the KOLs involved in the photos, publicly apologized and stated that she had removed related images to avoid misunderstanding.
