In the first 9 months of 2025, many large real estate companies in Vietnam reported improved business results, indicating a market recovery. Phat Dat (PDR) had a III/2025 revenue increase of 19,380% year-on-year, with a net profit after tax of nearly 86 billion VND. Despite a reduced workforce, average income reached about 36.7 million VND/month. Companies like An Gia and Dat Xanh also reported rising employee incomes; An Gia’s average was 16.9 million, while Dat Xanh’s was around 13.1 million/month. Novaland reported revenues of nearly 5.4 trillion VND and average employee income of about 23.5 million VND/month. Overall, salaries at real estate companies vary from 13 to nearly 37 million VND/month.
