The DSC Securities Joint Stock Company has announced that Chairman Nguyen Duc Anh will not participate in the company’s stock offering, as he has transferred all 72.99 million purchase rights without receiving any value. After the transaction, he retains 85.4 million DSC shares. Similarly, his Investment Company NTP also transferred 70 million purchase rights, leaving only 3 million. Ms. Nguyen Thi Thu Ha has also transferred all 6.059 million purchasing rights, not participating in this offering. DSC is offering 35.33 million shares at a ratio of 100:17.25, meaning that owning 100 shares will grant 17.25 new shares. The sale period has been extended until October 31, 2025, and the purchase registration period has been extended until November 11, 2025, to support shareholders.
