Sonadezi Chau Duc Joint Stock Company (stock code: SZC) has been fined a total of over 4.4 billion VND for tax violations. According to the decision of the Dong Nai Tax Department, the company was fined 704.8 million VND for incorrectly declaring its corporate income tax, resulting in a shortfall for the year 2024. Additionally, the company must pay over 3.5 billion VND in unpaid taxes and nearly 213.6 million VND in late payment fees, with total fines and taxes due by October 20, 2025. Previously, Sonadezi sought a loan of 678 billion VND from Military Commercial Bank to finance the Chau Duc Urban Area project. Company’s Q3 2025 revenue was 86.5 billion VND, down 47.5% year-on-year, but cumulatively, revenue for the first nine months was over 718.5 billion VND, up 12.1%, and net profit reached about 242.1 billion VND, an increase of 6.7%. As of September 30, 2025, total assets were around 8.2 trillion VND, while total liabilities stood at approximately 5.058 trillion VND.
