Vingroup, in cooperation with Bac Ninh’s local government and health department, launched the Emergency and Transportation Center 115, marking a significant step in the National Emergency Medical Project for 2026-2030 with a 1 trillion VND funding commitment. Deputy Minister of Health, Prof. Dr. Tran Van Thuan, emphasized the importance of this interconnected emergency model, reflecting a collaboration between the State, businesses, and the community. During the event, Vingroup delivered 15 state-of-the-art ambulances equipped to international standards EN 1789:2020, promising to shorten rescue times for patients. The new emergency system will operate with 16 satellite stations, ensuring 24/7 coverage and direct connection to Bac Ninh General Hospital. The group also pledges to train first aid for educators and laborers, expanding this model to other localities through smart coordination technology.
