CTCP Đầu tư Thế Giới Di Động (MCK: MWG) has announced a decision to restructure its subsidiaries to specialize its business operations. The company will establish two new subsidiaries: Công ty TNHH Đầu tư Thiện Tâm (with capital of 2.2 trillion VND) and Công ty TNHH Đầu tư An Nhi (with capital of 500 billion VND) to manage An Khang pharmacy and AVAkids. The aim is to ensure that each sector has an independent and flexible development strategy, in line with the sustainable growth orientation. Additionally, Thế Giới Di Động plans to buy back up to 10 million treasury shares to reduce its charter capital from approximately 14.797 trillion VND to about 14.697 trillion VND, with a budget of up to 2 trillion VND for the share buyback. The number of treasury shares is expected to increase from over 1.2 million to over 11.2 million shares.
