Chairman of Khai Hoan Land and Spouse Transfer Over 13 Million KHG Shares

Nguyen Khai Hoan, the Chairman of Khai Hoan Land, bought nearly 13.58 million KHG shares from October 24, 2025, to November 7, 2025, increasing his ownership stake from 31.97% to 34.99%. In contrast, his wife, Tran Thi Thu Huong, sold an equivalent number of shares, reducing her stake from 12.92% to 9.9%. During this period, Khai Hoan Land also successfully issued 800 KHG12501 bonds worth 80 billion VND.
