Beer Company Announces Cash Dividend Payment Date at 20%

CTCP Bia Sài Gòn – Miền Tây (stock code: WSB) has announced a cash dividend payment for the first installment of 2025 at 2,000 VND per share. The ex-dividend date is on November 11, 2025, and the cutoff date for the shareholder list is November 12, 2025. In 2023, the company paid a total of 4,000 VND/share in dividends and plans to maintain biannual cash dividends in 2024. With 14.5 million shares outstanding, WSB is expected to distribute approximately 29 billion VND in this round. The company has a charter capital of 145 billion VND, with Sabeco (stock code: SAB) being the parent company owning 86.32% of WSB’s shares, which will receive around 25 billion VND from this dividend payout. The dividend plan for 2025 is at 50%. In Q3 2025, WSB recorded revenue of 202 billion VND (down 2% year-on-year) and a net profit of 23 billion VND (up 43%). For the first nine months, revenue reached 721.3 billion VND and net profit 72.9 billion VND, achieving 72% of the revenue target and 89% of the profit target.
