A company splurges to pay a “huge” cash dividend of 85% after reporting a profit spike

Joint Stock Company of Mechanics and Minerals Ha Giang (code: HGM) announced it will pay a cash dividend of 85% on November 25, with a total payout estimated at over 107 billion VND. Previously, it advanced a dividend of 45% in 2025. The total cash dividend for 2025 will reach 130% (13,000 VND/share). HGM reported a total revenue of 606 billion VND, a 144% increase, and a profit after tax of 422 billion VND, up 231%. The main revenue comes from exported Antimony. As of the end of Q3 2025, total assets reached 675 billion VND, with no debts and equity over 532 billion VND. HGM shares are trading at around 255,000 VND/share.
