The Department of Construction of Dong Nai Province has recently granted permits for an additional 204 houses in the Ever Green 1 subdivision of the Aqua City project, raising the total to nearly 2,400 authorized properties for sale. All houses meet legal and planning requirements. Previously, 874 houses at River Park 2, 576 at Sun Harbor 2, 561 at Sun Harbor 3, and 171 in Ever Green 1 were approved. The project is accelerating construction to hand over to customers. Novaland has reported that over 1,000 villas and townhouses have been delivered, along with many amenities like a sports center, square, marina, and commercial center. Meanwhile, NVL shares have attracted investor attention, increasing by 10% recently.
