The Board of Directors of ABBANK has decided to change its senior personnel, appointing Mr. Vu Van Tien as Chairman of the BOD and Mr. Dao Manh Khanh as Vice Chairman. Mr. Tien will lead and set strategic direction for the bank. Mr. Pham Duy Hieu, former CEO, will step down at his request and continue to participate as a member of the Human Resources and Sustainable Development Strategy Committees. Mr. Le Manh Hung has been appointed as Deputy CEO and will take on the role of CEO from November 14, 2025. This restructuring aims to enhance management and drive development in accordance with legal regulations. Mr. Tien emphasized that this event is part of the bank’s development strategy to increase management resources, achieve development goals, and build a cohesive team. In 2025, ABBANK recorded positive financial results with pre-tax profits exceeding plans and was approved to increase its charter capital by over 3.6 trillion VND, expected to be implemented in 2026.
