Ho Chi Minh City Infrastructure Investment Joint Stock Company (CII) has registered to sell 4.49 million NBB shares of NBB Investment Company from November 19 to December 18, 2025, to CII Investment (CII Invest). After the transaction, CII’s ownership in NBB will decrease from 26.43% to 21.95%, while CII Invest will increase its stake from 50.47% to 54.95%. The CII group holds over 77 million NBB shares, equivalent to 76.92% of NBB’s charter capital. Previously, CII Invest bought 2 million NBB shares from a related individual. Additionally, at the extraordinary general meeting, NBB decided to add a new member to the Supervisory Board and approved two investment projects in a total amount of nearly 10.524 trillion VND. Meanwhile, CII reported a 6% decrease in revenue in the first nine months of 2025 compared to the same period, suffering losses from contract violations and penalties, with net profit after tax down 55%.
