The Department of Construction of Dong Nai Province has confirmed that an additional 204 low-rise houses in the Ever Green 1 area of Aqua City project of Novaland are qualified for business operation. By the end of October 2025, nearly 2,400 real estate units in this urban area will be allowed to sign sales contracts, ensuring buyers’ rights and bolstering confidence in the market. Previously, many other subdivisions were also approved, including River Park 2 and Sun Harbor. Novaland emphasized that this allows products to be contracted in compliance with the 2023 Real Estate Business Law. Aqua City spans over 1,000 hectares, with 70% of the area dedicated to greenery and infrastructure conveniences. The project benefits from regional transportation infrastructure and is currently undergoing extensive construction. Novaland is also seeking government support to address financial difficulties for the project.
