Bamboo Capital to Hold Extraordinary Shareholders’ Meeting, Expected to Dismiss Multiple Leaders

Bamboo Capital Corporation (BCG) has announced it will hold an extraordinary shareholders’ meeting at the end of December 2025, tentatively on December 25, with the possibility of additional meetings on December 26 and 27 if necessary. During this meeting, the company will present several resolutions for shareholders to approve, including the selection of an independent auditing firm and the dismissal of members of the Board of Directors (BOD) and the Supervisory Board for the 2020-2025 term to elect new members for the next terms. BCG will also explain the reasons behind the delay in submitting the Q3/2025 financial report, citing that its subsidiaries are still completing the auditing financial reports for 2024. Currently, BCG’s stock has been suspended from trading.
