Infura’s Self-Validating Service will enhance decentralization by providing independent performance verification, aiming to reduce risks linked to centralized RPC providers. Integrated with MetaMask and Ethereum’s Layer 2 network Linea, it will handle substantial transaction volumes.
In pilot tests, the infrastructure exhibited high reliability, processing over 7 billion requests with a success rate above 99% and low latency, highlighting its effectiveness in delivering decentralized services.
