Becamex – VSIP – VRG Joint Venture Partners with Tay Ninh to Establish a 1,500ha Complex at Moc Bai Gateway

On November 14, 2025, the joint venture of Becamex – VSIP – VRG and the People’s Committee of Tay Ninh signed a Memorandum of Understanding to develop the Moc Bai Xuyen A Complex. This project is located along the Tay Ninh – Binh Duong economic corridor, directly connecting to the Moc Bai Border Economic Zone, aimed at attracting investments in digital technology and carbon-neutral ecological industrial parks. The project is divided into two phases: Phase 1 (2025-2030) will focus on developing three industrial parks covering around 1,500ha and building infrastructure such as electricity, water, renewable energy, and a 30-km road connecting Moc Bai – Xuyen A. Phase 2 will complete industrial and urban components and develop services and social housing. The joint venture will also research investments in key transport infrastructure projects expected to follow a public-private partnership model. The Chairman of Becamex IDC emphasized their long-term commitment to Tay Ninh, highlighting the importance of improving green, smart infrastructure. Tay Ninh is also actively improving the investment environment and upgrading infrastructure to enhance industrial and logistics connectivity.
