Coteccons Construction Joint Stock Company (MCK: CTD) has approved a resolution to pay a cash dividend of 10% for the year 2025. Shareholders will receive 1,000 VND for each share held. The record date is set for December 2, 2025, and the dividend payment date is expected to be December 22, 2025. With over 101.4 million shares in circulation, Coteccons estimates a payout of around 101.4 billion VND financed from undistributed earnings. Additionally, the company approved a bonus share issuance of nearly 5.1 million shares at a ratio of 20:1, which is expected to raise over 50.7 billion VND in equity capital. Upon successful issuance, the total shares will increase from over 103.6 million to over 108.7 million. Coteccons also plans to issue non-convertible bonds with a maximum face value of 1.4 trillion VND at 100,000 VND per bond, with a 9% annual interest rate over three years to supplement working capital.
