Viconship to Receive Nearly 90 Billion VND in Dividends from Green Port

CTCP Green Port (MCK: VRG) announced the interim dividend for 2025 will take place on November 27, 2025, at a rate of 20%, translating to 2,000 VND per share. The total payout is estimated at around 164.4 billion VND. CTCP Container Vietnam (Viconship, MCK: VSC), holding 54.35% of Green Port’s shares, will receive approximately 89.4 billion VND in dividends. On November 11, 2025, Leadvisors Fund Management purchased 4.7 million VGR shares, increasing their ownership from 7.98% to 13.7%. In the first nine months of 2025, Green Port reported revenue of over 875.8 billion VND, an increase of 8.6%, and a net profit of nearly 361.7 billion VND, up by 33.8%. Total assets increased by 19.4% to about 1,423.7 billion VND.
