The Sông Ba Ha Hydropower Plant in Đắk Lắk is discharging a record flow of 14,740 m3/s, causing severe flooding affecting over 80% of local communities along the river’s lower reaches. This massive discharge is due to heavy rains in the river basin. Other related hydropower plants are also discharging, worsening the flooding situation.
