On November 20, Metaplanet announced the issuance of 150 million USD worth of Class B perpetual preferred shares named ‘MERCURY’. The shares will have a fixed annual dividend of 4.9% and a conversion price of 1,000 yen. Proceeds from this issuance will be invested in acquiring more Bitcoin.
