On November 19th, Vice Chairman of Quang Ninh Provincial People’s Committee, Le Van Anh, held a meeting to check the progress of land clearance for the Ha Long Green Urban Complex Project. The project covers an area of 3,186 ha, affecting 1,818 households and 10 organizations. Currently, 80.76% of the required area has been cleared and handed over to the investor, totaling 2,573 ha. Ha An Ward has approved 12 land allocation plans and successfully persuaded 11 households to hand over an additional 343 ha. The target is to complete the land clearance for 255 households covering 717 ha by December 2025, with all clearance completed by January 2026, prioritizing 62 households to ensure land delivery to the investor in November 2025. The Ha Long Green project, initiated by Vingroup in October 2021, has a total investment of 456,639 billion VND and is expected to be implemented over 10 years, accommodating approximately 244,000 residents.
