Hodeco has announced that Chairman Doan Huu Thuan and CEO Le Viet Lien have registered to purchase the convertible bonds HDC425001. Mr. Thuan will buy 492,271 bonds, totaling 49.2 billion VND, while Mr. Lien plans to acquire 184,161 bonds worth 18.18 billion VND. The transactions will occur from November 24 to December 10, 2025. Hodeco is offering a total of 4.9 million bonds at 100,000 VND each to raise nearly 500 billion VND with a fixed interest rate of 10% per annum. In the third quarter of 2025, Hodeco reported revenue of 102 billion VND, down 18% year-on-year, but net profit reached nearly 539 billion VND, significantly boosted by gains from share sales. As of September 30, 2025, total assets were 5,404 billion VND while total liabilities slightly decreased to 2,523 billion VND.
