On November 19, 2025, Coteccons (CTD) officially won a contract worth 4.5 trillion VND for the APEC Conference Center project in Phu Quoc. The 57-hectare project will serve the APEC High-Level Week in 2027 and aims to become an architectural and cultural landmark for tourism in Phu Quoc. Coteccons will work on the reinforced concrete structure for the multipurpose stadium and the conference center, and implement the MEP systems for the casino and hotel. Coteccons’ leadership commits to ensuring the project’s progress and quality, with the government facilitating rapid development. In 2025, Coteccons reported first-quarter revenue of over 7.451 trillion VND (up 57% year-on-year) and a net profit of nearly 295 billion VND, marking the highest quarterly profit in 7 years. CTD shares closed on November 21 at 85,900 VND/share.
