On January 18, Pham Quang Ngoc, Chairman of Hung Yen Provincial People’s Committee, checked the progress of the Khoai Chau Urban Complex, Ecotourism and Golf Project (Trump International Hung Yen). The project is facing difficulties in land clearance (GPMB), with a goal to complete by November but progress has not reached 100%. Mr. Ngoc emphasized the project’s significance and urged local authorities to enhance accountability in the GPMB process, promote benefits to residents, and focus on resettlement and social welfare. The project spans 888.5 hectares, including residential areas linked with golf and commercial areas. The total investment is 1.5 billion USD, in collaboration with Trump Organization and Hung Yen Company.
