Actions of the Chairmen of the Two Largest Real Estate Companies in Ba Ria – Vung Tau

Last week, the stock market recorded a slight increase in the VN-Index, while the HNX-Index dropped. Foreign investors were heavy net sellers on HoSE and Upcom. Mr. Doan Huu Thuan, Chairman of Hodeco (HDC), and Mr. Le Viet Lien, CEO of HDC, recently registered to purchase convertible bonds worth nearly 49 billion VND with a large number of issued bonds. This issuance aims to raise 500 billion VND for restructuring bank debts. Meanwhile, DIC Corp (DIG) noted significant transactions from Chairman Nguyen Hung Cuong with 6.7 million shares bought, along with several other executives increasing their shareholdings. They are exercising rights to purchase 150 million shares at 12,000 VND/share. Additionally, An Giang Food Vegetables Joint Stock Company (Antesco) plans to list on HoSE with over 24 million shares, while An Giang Agricultural Products Import-Export Joint Stock Company (Afiex) is also preparing for similar transactions.
