On November 25th, Paxos announced the acquisition of Fordefi for over 100 million USD. Fordefi, founded in 2021, was previously valued at 83 million USD and has about 40 employees and 300 customers.
Post-acquisition, Fordefi will continue to operate independently, while Paxos plans to integrate Fordefi’s technology into its infrastructure. This transaction marks the second acquisition by Paxos within a year.
