AVC: A Vương Hydropower Joint Stock Company (stock code: AVC) has announced a dividend plan for shareholders, proposing to pay a 15% dividend per share, equivalent to 1,500 VND/share. The record date for shareholders is December 15, 2025, with payment expected on December 25, 2025. The estimated payout for this dividend round is around 112 billion VND for over 75 million shares in circulation. The parent company, EVNGenco2, owning 87.45% of AVC, will receive over 98 billion VND in dividends. Previously, AVC paid an interim dividend for 2024 at a rate of 5% per share and had a total interim dividend for 2023 amounting to 135%. Since its listing in 2017, AVC has consistently increased its dividend rate each year. For Q3 2025, AVC reported a revenue of 205 billion VND, down 16% year-on-year, and a net profit of 96 billion VND, down 22%. Cumulatively, in 9 months, the total revenue reached 481 billion VND, achieving 79% of the year’s plan.
