Novaland Group has decided to use 47.06% of shares from Nova Real Estate Investment Joint Stock Company and 99.99% from An Phat Real Estate Investment and Development Joint Stock Company to contribute capital to Mega House Company Limited. Novaland aims to restructure its investment portfolio and optimize its capital structure. After completing the capital contribution, Novaland’s total investment in Mega House will increase from nearly 212 billion VND to over 5,412.8 billion VND, accounting for 99.9% of its charter capital. They also approved the transfer of the entire stake in Mega House when finding a suitable investor, pending independent valuation. Mega House Company Limited operates in real estate and is located in Ho Chi Minh City. Its current charter capital is 215 billion VND, with Bui Dat Chuong serving as the Chairman. Additionally, Novaland will hold a shareholder vote on a convertible loan from December 18 to 28, 2025.
