Bitcoin Depot’s subsidiary, BitAccess, received an $18.47 million arbitration ruling favoring Cash Cloud, which is also suing in U.S. Bankruptcy court for the same damages. Bitcoin Depot will contest these actions as Cash Cloud faces Chapter 11 bankruptcy with over $153.9 million in reported debts.
