CC1 to Hold Extraordinary General Meeting to Discuss Capital Increase and Additional Board Members Election

CC1, the One Construction Corporation, announced it will hold an extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders (GMS) on January 9, 2026, via online conference. Shareholders must register by December 15, 2025. During the meeting, CC1 will propose amendments to the company’s charter, a capital increase plan, and an additional election for board members. CC1 has also been fined 3.85 million VND for late tax filing in November 2024. For the first nine months of 2025, CC1 reported revenues of 7.451 trillion VND, up 26.2%, and after-tax profit of 182.2 billion VND, up 185.1%. By September 30, 2025, total assets reached 15.759 trillion VND, down 5.8%, while total liabilities were nearly 11.216 trillion VND, down 7.8%.
