CII Service has announced its intention to buy 2.9 million shares of NBB to raise its ownership from 76.92% (over 77 million shares) to 79.81% (over 79.9 million shares). CII Invest, the parent company, holds more than 55 million shares already (54.95%). CII holds nearly 22 million shares (21.95%). Related individual, Ms. Nguyễn Quỳnh Hương, has 19,200 shares (0.02%). Previously, CII Invest successfully transferred 4.49 million shares from CII, reducing CII’s stake to 21.95%. In the first nine months of 2025, NBB reported a revenue of nearly 29.8 billion VND, down 44.7% year on year, but net profit surged 90.5% to 802.1 million VND.
