Vinpearl merges 1 trillion VND subsidiary into VinWonders Nha Trang after less than 3 months of establishment

CTCP Vinpearl (HoSE: VPL) has decided to merge CTCP Investment and Development Cua Hoi into CTCP VinWonders Nha Trang. Following the merger, the legal entity Cua Hoi will be dissolved, while Vinpearl will remain the parent company of VinWonders. This is part of the restructuring plan to optimize the operations of its subsidiaries. Vinpearl Cua Hoi, established in September 2025 with a charter capital of 1.137 trillion VND, became a subsidiary of Vinpearl in February 2025 after 99.99% of shares were transferred from Vingroup. Currently, Vinpearl owns five subsidiaries in tourism and hospitality. On the stock market, VPL reached a price of 95,000 VND/share on November 28, with a market capitalization exceeding 170 trillion VND.
