Managing Director of Sông Ba Hạ Hydropower Plant takes leave and works with authorities

The Sông Ba Hạ Hydropower Joint Stock Company (SBH) has announced a resolution for temporary personnel arrangements due to the Managing Director’s leave to work with authorities. Mr. Nguyễn Đình Vũ will temporarily oversee the Technical Safety Department, assisted by Mr. Nguyễn Hồng Việt. Meanwhile, Mr. Nguyễn Thành Lâm will manage the Operations Department. Mr. Vũ Hữu Phúc, Chairman of the Board, will lead the Executive Board and carry out the legal representative duties during the Managing Director’s absence. Previously, Sông Ba Hạ recorded a significant discharge of 14,740 m³/s, leading to severe flooding in downstream areas. At a discharge rate of 14,000 m³/s, about 80% of the riverside communities will face major flooding. SBH has a charter capital of 1,242 billion VND, with EVN Genco2 holding over 60% of shares.
