Quoc Cuong Gia Lai Corporation (stock code: QCG) has announced plans to issue over 27.5 million shares for dividends in 2021 at a ratio of 10:1, meaning that every 10 existing shares will receive 1 new share. The total issuance value based on par value will exceed 275.1 billion VND, funded by undistributed profits as of December 31, 2024. The issuance is expected to take place in Q1 2026, pending approval from the State Securities Commission. If successful, the number of circulating shares will increase from over 275.1 million to over 302.6 million, raising the charter capital from 2,751 billion VND to 3,026 billion VND. As of September 30, 2025, Quoc Cuong Gia Lai reported revenues of nearly 354 billion VND, a 45.4% increase year-on-year, with a profit after tax of 34.1 billion VND, four times higher than the same period last year. Total assets slightly declined to nearly 8,761.3 billion VND.
