Paxful Holdings Inc. Has agreed to plead guilty to federal charges, incurring a 4 million USD criminal fine from the U.S. Department of Justice and a 3.5 million USD civil fine from FinCEN.
The company ceased operations in 2023, having processed transactions worth around 3 billion USD while neglecting to report suspicious activities related to criminal operations.
